Children and Families Worker

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well motivated team player for this exciting new post within a growing Anglican parish in the West of Yeovil. You will be part of a supportive staff team, and be responsible for developing our ministry with 0-11’s and their families in 4 main areas:

 

> Developing links with pre-school children and parents

> Building relationships with local families

> Ministry in the local schools

> Exploring a new mid-week children’s/all-age group in the Abbey Manor area.

 

Do you have a love for children, and a desire to share Jesus with them?

Are you approachable and easy to get on with?

If your passion is to see families discover Jesus and grow in faith, then you might be the person we are looking for.

 

This is a part-time post (16 hrs per week) for 4 years, and is subject to an enhanced CRB check. Closing date Monday 23rd June.
